Refund policy

At The Soltesz Institute, acting on behalf of PSP Angels Management Limited (VAT 10406204F), incorporated in Cyprus with an address at Sunset Gardens 102, Exegerseos, Larnaca, 7560, we are committed to providing high-quality courses and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where a refund may be necessary. Below are the terms and conditions governing our refund policy:


Eligibility for Refund:
Refund requests can be made within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. However, this is only applicable if the course content has not been accessed or if less than 10% of the course has been completed.

If the course content has been accessed or more than 10% of the course has been completed, no refunds will be issued except in cases of technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the course materials. Such issues must be reported within 24 hours of occurrence.


Technical Issues:
In the event of technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course content, we will work to resolve the problem promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame (up to 7 days from the time it is reported), you may be eligible for a full refund, provided you have not completed more than 10% of the course.


Refund Process:
To initiate a refund request, you must contact our support team at info@solteszinstitute.com, providing your order details, proof of purchase, and a detailed explanation for the refund request.

Upon receiving your request, we will evaluate your claim and respond within 5 business days. You may be asked to provide additional information to support your claim.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval and will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.


Refund Exceptions:
Refunds are not available for:
Courses purchased during promotional periods or with a discount code, unless the course has not been accessed or started.
Courses that have been accessed or where more than 10% of the course content has been completed, except in cases of unresolved technical issues.
Requests made after the 14-day refund window has passed.


Amendments to this Policy:
The Soltesz Institute reserves the right to amend or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be reflected on our website, and it is the responsibility of the customer to review these terms periodically.
