Many US organizations evaluate CPD certificates based on content, duration, and alignment with their CPE requirements. Certificates need to specify clear learning objectives, topics covered, and proof of attendance or completion.

How many CPD/CPE points do I need?

  • 1 study hour
    = 1 CPD/CPE point

    This means that for every hour spent actively engaging in recognised learning activities - such as attending a course, workshop, or webinar - participants earn one CPD/CPE point. 

    Usually, professionals are asked to gain 21 CPD/CPE points per year from an authorised learning activity*.
